The property is old and could use a makeover to update everything, but that’s also part of the pricing compared with most of the hotels in this area of Suffolk County. My room was suitable for my sleep needs, the staff was helpful and competent. Some of the other guests showed unrealistic expectations but staff handled the situations properly, IMHO.
