The decor was lovely and front desk clerk very nice. The main room light did not function and housekeeping knocked on my door @ 9:30am when checkout isn’t until 11am which was so annoying. Then the housekeeping staff were cackling in the hallway!

While i didn’t take advantage of the spa, the stay itself was phenomenal. The staff that i interacted with were all very nice. I would absolutely recommend this place if you need a staycation and peace and quiet!

Poor Business Practice

I cancelled due to COVID and was told when I called the hotel that if Expedia called, I would be refunded the main set of my reservation given my circumstances. Expedia stated that they tried to call multiple times, even with me on hold, and could not reach anyone to speak to. If you are not going to give a refund, just state than on the phone rather wasting my time, especially when I was so sick.
