"The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable but we had some problems. Our TV was not working and needed to be rebooted. We called the first night and maintenance came about 1 1/2 hours later to fix it. The next night we had the same problem. Called again and no one came. We called the third night and they came about 30 minutes later. The room was serviced until 4:00pm the first day we were there. Also, They advertise a full restaurant and there isn’t one. You can get “bar food” at the lobby bar but we couldn’t even find a menu that listed what they had and there was no one at the bar to ask. They have a small “store” in the lobby but it was closed every time we tried to go there and we were there for 4 days. I’m rating it 3 stars because the room itself was comfy. Otherwise it would be 2 stars. The hotel could be awesome but it is mismanaged and hugely understaffed."
