The location is amazing and now one of our favorite areas of Charlotte. The kitchen is very functional and the rooms are spacious and homey. The heated pool is well-maintained and the design is beautiful. The courtyard is picturesque and the gym is perfectly adequate. Everything and everywhere is clean."

"There was burn marks in the sheets as well as marijuana left on the balcony. Room had one towel and no wash cloths. We had put two guests down. The body wash was out. And the sheets smelled like perfume and had hair in them indicating they may not have been changed. Luckily I always bring my own sheets. Motel quality for a not so motel price."

"Clean room, everything smelled fresh and clean, including the hallways, which were wide and bright. Could not hear my neighbors. Lobby and breakfast area very clean and good breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean. Carpets were not stained and bathroom was sparkling. I have cheated out in my hotels recently and decided to go with a better one and it is definitely worth the price. "
