Friendly staff, nice clean room, quiet. Very good breakfast. Overall VERY GOOD. One disappointment very poor selection of TV channels, yes I know most people don't go to a Hotel for TV, I am older, travel alone, like to watch MeTv, Grit, INSP etc.. this HIE had none of those and for me little other choices. Most IHG hotels do have MeTv, and some other good choice. Just including this for like minded travelers.
