I was genuinely impressed with my experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. It was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Modern electronic devices in bedroom. Greatand courteous staff. Enjoyed our one night stay. We were in town for Panda festival. Plan to return to the Ballentyne area and will stay at AC Hotel.
