* Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open)



Guest Access:

The building has 2 floors (8 apartments in total) and upstairs it has a TERRACE with two palapas, hammocks, lounge chairs, barbecue, a table to eat and a bar with benches to which they have access (7am to 9pm).



* Loud music or noise is not allowed after 9:00 pm out of respect for the neighbors.



We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Nearby you can take the R1 or R2 bus to go to the beach and the hotel zone. Also access to taxis is easy on the corner avenue. If you need your Concierge, they can help you book private transportation.



Getting Around:

It is approximately 20 minutes from the airport. If you need airport transportation or a driver during your stay, we have trusted staff. It can also be reached from the airport by taking an ADO bus that leaves you an 8-minute walk away.



It is not necessary to rent a car but in case you have one, we have three shared parking spaces for the apartments.

The accommodation is located within a condominium, where more guests stay and there are common areas that are shared. For these reasons there may be noise from neighbors, cars, or pets.





The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are found in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.



It must be taken into account that during the entire month of April remodeling work will be carried out (specifically in the roof area); This can cause noise and dust on the property.

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
