Been there 11times. Love the people!! I brought family and friendly(that’s friends who are family) the resort tried to charge one room for stain on sheets. Food stain very small. How it was handled was incorrect, locki g guest out of room 2 times in 7 day stay . Asst manager did right but front desk needs some training. Advice. Don’t eat on bed!

There is so much to offer at the RIU Palace Peninsula. The food is delicious, and there are so many options. My family and I enjoyed the buffet most; the Krystal restaurant was excellent. The service is exceptional and the drinks are great. The beach area is so lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here.

The smallest attention to details from housekeeping with the towel animals & rose petals to room service singing Happy Birthday to my wife. Everything was nice & friendly. The view of 907 with the full moon was amazing. A lot to do there. Food was good the restaurant choices was phenomenal.

Terrible food, there were roaches in the 24/7 sportsbar all around the food, other restaurants were terrible with food, very repetetive, pizzas and hotdogs were very hard toasted, and got stomach sick, will never stay there again.

For the most part, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing beach. Plenty of entertainment and dining options. Restaurants don’t require a reservation and close at 9:30pm however, if you show up after 9:10pm, they are a bit rude and tell you it’s too late to be seated, this was a bit upsetting. This was at Tamales and the Steakhouse restaurant.
