Loved the Resort however no vegan food options - other than the salad bar. While there were vegetarian options, most were loaded with oil and/or cheese making them not a healthy option. The restaurants also need to include Vegan options. Needs to be additional entertainment on the days of the RIU parties for older adults who don't appreciate standing in a pool with an intoxicated crowd and having champagne poured on them. Also wish there was a bigger and better gift shop that sold authentic Mexican merchandise, Didn't get to buy any souvenirs because we were not comfortable leaving the property.

We stayed at the RUI Palace Kukulkan last time and the food and amenities we so much better the Penninsula, the Penninsula was a little run down and disappointing compared to last years trip at the Palace Kukulkan

Pagamos bastante por poder disfrutar de un “todo incluido” pero la comida no era d eprimera , la carne siempre estaba dura , tanto en el buffet como en el steak house , me desilusionó , otra cosa , pedí algo especial para el jueves ya que me habían dicho que ustedes hacían algo bonito para la pareja , ya que estaba celebrando mi 10 aniversario y lo quise hacer en Cancún y en su hotel por los buenos reviews, pero al llegar a la habitación solo tenían un pequeñito (literal) pastelito y una botella de espumosa , eso que ????? Siendo que podía celebrar Con mucha comida y bebida ilimitada en el bar , solo se les ocurre un diminutivo pastilito y una espumosa ????? Muy desilusionada de sus servicios , y muy ruidoso, elegí este familiar , aunque solo íbamos mi esposo y yo en pareja , y se escuchaba la fiesta por todos lados hasta altas horas de la noche, los meseros en los restaurantes , siempre estaban con mala actitud, no eran amables , lo siento , pero eh estado en muchos resorts y nunca había visto al personal tan de malas

It was really nice, i think that j would recommend having more than one person to clean the beach. I saw only one boy cleaning the seaweed and it took him the whole day and he didnt even finish. We know because we are just at the beach watching the whole thing. It was hot as usual and he couldn't do it, and we could enjoy a clean sandy beach for days. That would be my comment on that, but overall we had a great time.
