Everything was superb! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole property felt very family-friendly and kid-friendly. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel Needs a remodel urgent, they put me on the second floor when i got there , i notice there was no fridg for cold water. How can you stay in a room for 5 days in cancun where the weatger is very hot. I had to upgrade to get a better room . My daughter has austism so she and my family needed a very nice rooms the food wasnt that great i felt like i was vegan they serve more veggies than meat or seafood. My upgrade room in the 5th gloor look very then the 2nd but still need help. Only 1 pool that pieces from the pool was falling off .the staff was so bad.incredible never again.

The family oasis palm is family oriented and kid friends. Daily many activities for the kids to do. Shows were good. Not a lot of seating so get their fast. One bartender in each bar area so line was so long 20-30 mins but waitress staff was fast of course tip them cause they going back and forth. The restaurant where always full even if booking 2 days advance on the app. Biggest line was 10min wait but overall it was good for the price we paid. I would recommend just getting Oasis Sens Cancún next door had more restaurants better buffet building and more access to all facilities.

We have stayed there a few times and it has been ok this time my family went it was not so great. The resorts smells bad, our AC wasn’t working good thing we had connecting rooms. But the worse part was that around 2:30am someone tried to open our balcony I called the front desk and I was told it something else. Our kids were super scared we couldn’t sleep all night. Terrible experience
