Everything was superb! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole property felt very family-friendly and kid-friendly. This hotel Needs a remodel urgent, they put me on the second floor when i got there , i notice there was no fridg for cold water. How can you stay in a room for 5 days in cancun where the weatger is very hot. I had to upgrade to get a better room . My daughter has austism so she and my family needed a very nice rooms the food wasnt that great i felt like i was vegan they serve more veggies than meat or seafood. My upgrade room in the 5th gloor look very then the 2nd but still need help. Only 1 pool that pieces from the pool was falling off .the staff was so bad.incredible never again.

Horrible Hotel Very Dirty Food of temperature and they had 2 meat Chicken smelled and pork made 3 family members sick Food was disgusting Lady working the fryer area Very Rude Glassware was dirty and they have no straws Plates were dirty House keeping was not supposed to go in our room because front desk said they were off anyways But still went in our room But good thing my husband was I. The room cause he had gotten food poisoning from the pork the evening before Pools and bar was dirty they pick up dirty cups to serve the drinks
