This was an amazing stay, its like having your own private island with a 5 star pool. Its a 3-5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars but yet completely quit once you pass through the doors. Staff was great, always helpful and happy. We extended our stay it was so good.

Great experience and location. It’s within walking distance to the ferry for Isla Mujeres and Coco Bongo. It can get a bit noisy at times, especially if you’re a light sleeper, but I packed an eye mask and earplugs, which helped a lot.

Staff were great. I really liked the little community kitchen, was nice to save money by cooking onsite rather than eating out in the Hotel Zone. The hotel was clean and comfortable and handy to lots of stuff - easy pick up for tours, grocery store close by.

This Selina Cancun Hotel Zona Hotelera always makes for a great stay! There little café serves great coffee and healthy food. The pool and bar are cozy right next to the lagoon. And the iguanas are lovely to watch! The staff is also very kind and helpful!

The staff was really nice, and they organize many great activities for free - however it was very loud, with music blasting very late into the night, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear everything happening in our neighbors' rooms. You get what you pay for! It’s located on awesome spot, if you’re trying to be a local in Cancun, and live it up on the strip! However the AC was extremely loud, so it had to be turned off in order for us to be able to sleep. You get what you pay for, it’s like a hostal. Also pre paid for breakfast while checking out through Expedia, when I arrived, they said I did not.
