I would give a 5 stars for the hotel and restaurants and 0 star to the spa. The room is great and the food and cocktail great. But if you come for the spa dont chose this hotel. Not only it is extremely expensive, if you have Expedia 250$ credit only 125$ will apply and they will charge 52$ for using the credit . You end up paying 700$ a couple massage in a freezing room with cold hands and cold oil. Not relaxing at all. I asked 4 times if they could lower or close the ac and they agreed but did nothing but add the pile of blanket on me . At the end i complain about not only the quality but nothing was done when i said i was not feeling good in the cold. Not even a gesture, just an offer to redo it for « free » no thank you.

Siempre me he quedado en ese hotel, pero esta vez el restaurante del 3er piso fatal lo mismo para la cena que almuerzo, comida muy mal elevorada muy mal.. deben tomar medidas, mucha grasa, mal elaborada, pedí una cazuela de marisco hiervieron esos mariscos le pusieron una salsa roja y listo..

Staff Butlers Hugo and Eder made our stay! $1480.00 per Night all inclusive. Never have liked all inclusive... Dining was not good! French and Japanese restaurant were terrible! Butlers again were fantastic! The up Sale marketing program was the absolute worst! Turned an ok Vacation into a cheap sales pitch! We spent $7000.00 for 5 Nights and will not be back! Would love to hire Eder and Hugo in our business in the US! They were fantastic!

First time in le blanc cancun but been to le blanc cabo.. cabo san lucas is newer resort but with same concept . For cancun , the building is older, rooms are smaller with mist of it have no balconies . U have to be a VIP member to get into a room with balcony. Butler service is excellent as always ! Luis is our favorite butler, armando and carlos aa well did a great service ! On point and always gives you options of dining and activities. The coffee shop , melissa is the best ! She memorized our coffee as soon as we walk in , the dessert choices at coffee shop is amazing! Tge restaurants were all great ! Fausto our waiter at Blanc worked his way to make sure we get the tomahawk steak on our last day ! All i can say is always the best service and foot at le blanc ! Might be an okder resort but worth visiting! I will go back to cabo though !
