Centrally located with easy access to public transport. The ADO bus station is a few minutes away by taxi or bus, and city buses (R1/R2) within walking distance connect you to the Hotel Zone and beaches. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. No car required.
Other Things to Note:
Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official government-issued ID of each guest staying at the property. This helps us keep a safe and harmonious environment and comply with building rules.
This is a condominium with shared common areas, so you may occasionally hear neighbors, cars, or pets. The building has visible security cameras in common areas only (never inside the apartment). As we are in a tropical destination, you may occasionally encounter small local wildlife; please keep food covered and treat the environment with respect.
