My friend and I would like to request a refund. We both became sick for three days, likely from the food or the water. On the way home, my friend vomited on the plane, and I was sick in the washroom due to stomach issues.
The air conditioning in our room did not work for all seven days of our stay. Although the staff attempted to fix it, they were unable to, and we were not offered another room despite our request.
Our room was never cleaned unless we called. Every day after returning from the beach around 5 p.m., we had to contact room service, and they would only come between 8–9 p.m. In addition, the fridge was never refilled during our stay.
The food was extremely disappointing—only the breakfast was acceptable. I was eating only once a day because the rest of the food was not good.
My friend and I will never return to this hotel.
