No water in rooms on checkin. Then when water did come back it was only cold water. They then had a second water outage again. I will never stay at this property again and am requesting a formal refund.

The staff is amazing ,very lovely and helpful especially the staff at the door! However, I find the property to be in very poor conditions. There were moldy floors in the bathroom and the pictures advertised did not match what we saw upon entry. I did not expect to literally stay inside the mall. Felt a bit cramped. The WiFi was great. Sometimes the shower ran cold. And the toilet paper was too rough for me! Ouch. The pillows were too hard. The pool was okay. Safe to say it’s great if you are just resting your head for business but not very relaxing for a vacation.

I thought the Hotel was less than 5 miles from the Hotel Resort area. NO. The costal Hotels are a good 15 miles away. I paid $80 in cab charges the first night. It is cheaper to stay in a $200 hotel and walk ! ! !

I liked the fact that the hotel was inside the mall, close to restaurants and public transportation, which was very convenient. However, I wasn’t happy with the room I stayed in. It faced a machine-filled parking lot, and the window was extremely dirty or stained, making the view quite unpleasant. Adding a wallpaper or some kind of screen would help improve the atmosphere. Additionally, the towels provided were old and worn out, which detracted from the overall experience. The pool area also seemed neglected. The glass panels facing the lagoon were all stained or dirty, which took away from what could have been a relaxing and inviting space. It didn’t feel cozy or well-maintained at all.

This hotel is connected to a huge mall. It was so convenient to get anything from a phone charger, to flip flops. The mall has a huge food court. The roof top area and pool was a wonderful place to relax.
