The staff were great and we enjoyed the food. However this is not the place if you have kids over the age of 6? And under 18. The surf simulator is open for 1 hour a day which is obviously a giant line up and 1 turn. The rock climbing wall wasn’t even opened? We expected that the kids would be able to do that all week. Paying for the preferred club if you have children under 13 means that you cannot dine in the preferred club restaurants with them or pool which is more understandable. The preferred club family suite is in fact 2 adjoining rooms. You could save $3000 by booking 2 preferred club rooms instead. The dinner reservations for over 4 people are wild. I won’t get in to the details but it was pretty disappointing and a lottery. I think if you went as a couple and paid for the preferred club it would be lovely. Groups or kids I would not recommend at all! That’s just my experience. I’ve never left a resort review and have been to many in this price point but I would have appreciated this feedback.

The entertainment and food was lacking at this resort. Our teenagers were bored. Also, we stayed in a Preferred Club suite on the top floor, which is below the rooftop bar/restaurant. They must clean it during the night because we heard chairs scraping the floor above us from 2-5am every night. We are loyal to the Secrets brand but this will be the last Dreams we choose for our family of 5.

Stayed at Dreams Vista to attend a wedding. The room was by far the highlight of the hotel, it was spacious, clean and the view was amazing. Our favourite part was waking up to the sun and view. We had preferred access to the rooftop pool and restaurants which I think were significantly better than the restaurants available to everyone so I recommend getting the preferred access if possible because my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our steak dinner. Overall this resort is a family resort and caters more to kids. The beach is small but loved the surfing simulator even though it's only available for 2 hours of the day. Service was above and beyond and i really appreciated that!

The staff was absolutely amazing. My cleaning lady lucemy was absolutely amazing. I was in room 2005A. Shout out to the bartenders Antonio, Jose, Claudio, Eduardo. They made the experience amazing. The hospitality was absolutely amazing. 👨‍🍳 Chef william worked extremely hard everymorning to make our breakfast perfect 👌.
Literally the best. Extremely hardworking and always had a smile on his face.

Rooms clean, staff and service were great. I gave it 3 stars because unless you upgrade the food was just okay. I’m glad I upgraded. But that’s not fair to people who can’t afford to. They need to do better with the quality of food.

The shower had black mold. Was not and has not been cleaned properly. I did try to rinse walls from glass where mold was and wash as much down drain. As well some days maid would come other days we would need to call for service. Same goes for bar service in room some days they would come other days we would need to ask. We found food was not good. We did have some days meals were better than others. This is not the standards of a Dreams property. Resort suggested we use Amstar for private pick up and return to airport. Well the pick up no one had our names down for us. Many people did try to help us and finally someone directed us to pole 43. No apology or anything after looking for transportation for almost 40 minutes we left airport. Same thing on departure days says driver has arrived but he did not arrive. The Amstar guy on location was very helpful and did find us another ride as fast as
