It was a great experience for my kids and me. The resort is clean and beautiful. The beach was very nice and the staff works very hard to clear the seaweed daily. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and the variety of restaurants!

Amazing stay, the highlight of my experience was RIU Entertainment team. They are amazing! I have to say that the service at the breakfast and lunch times needs a little improvement - everyone is nice but there are not enough servers for the amount of guests.

If it’s your first time, I highly recommend. I visit about every 6 months and always choose this hotel, never had an issue. Shops (Pharmacy, 7/11, Starbucks, etc) across the hotel, access to other RIU hotels (Yucatan & Tequila) and if you get tired of the all inclusive just take a taxi downtown about 10-15min. Super safe, just don’t act like a fool. Over the years the entertainment has changed but that’s just a personal opinion.
