"This experience was a disaster. When i arrived with my two elderly parents, we were told there were no rooms despite us having 2 reservations. The person at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. While she spoke to is, she was also carrying on a conversation with an irate guest who had roaches in her room and a broken connecting door to a neighboring occupied room. The employee handled it in an incredibly unprofessional manner. I don’t know how Wyndym pits their name on this. The grounds were a mess, portions of the ceiling in the entry were falling in, and the place was generally dirty and unkempt. Embarrassing for Wyndham and Pittsburgh."
