Staff was great and the airport shuttle was convenient. At first appearance, the hotel looks fine. But the hallway floors need replacing and the linens were torn and stained. The pool is not as pictured. The cabanas barely had cushions and if they did, they were ripped and unusable. The pool loungers were also broken. The pool area is a complete disappointment. The hotel did feel safe and secure and there was a restaurant and breakfast which I didn't use.

Friendly. Clean. The toilets don't really flush so I'm glad we were there for only 10 hours.. But it's close to the airport and the air conditioning worked well. So there's that. We also got a shuttle back to the airport which was very helpful.

Check in and airport transfer was good but thought I’d already paid . I had to pay another 87 pesos when I checked in . I hope they also don’t charge me tomorrow when I check out . Other than that good experience so far . Just staying the night and then off to the moon palace early tomorrow morning

They Never changed the comforter or sheets. We called multiple times for towles and never received them. Ypung lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. My card was charged for the days I wasnt there. The sheets had old Urine stays all over. The pool was not cleaned until we decided to get in and they added some yellow liquid that was all. The edges of the pool are falling off.

It took 30 minutes to check in. Our room had NO towels at all. It took 3 hours to get towels for a cold shower. No warm water, even! Though I asked for the shuttle and they told me what times were available, I chose the 6:45am and told to be there 5 minutes early...when I came down in the morning...I was told I had not booked it??? I ended up having to get an Uber. WTH!!?
