The beach is in good condition. Room is clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is only 5 mins away from Maya Museum. There are a 7-11 store and a Domino's across the street. (I didn't eat inside the hotel.) Overall price/quality balanced well.

The property and staff are excellent. The only concern with my oceanfront room is the bathroom door which does not have a lock. Also the beach is in the red zone which means dangerous waves.

Hotel was not clean. Needs a remodel or upgrade. Pool and beach was great! Food was ok, nothing great. I paid for all inclusive and was charged to deliver room service. They have you sign in with your room number everywhere you go even though you have the colored bracelet. Many things have an extra charge even though it’s all inclusive. Lots of extra rules that most all inclusive resorts don’t have There is no store on sight to purchase sunscreen or sun glasses. Would be nice to be able to pick up incidentals.

We can not say enough about this Hotel. The manager and staff were so accommodating. They stayed on top of cleaning the pools and the grounds. Our rooms was very clean. Room service was outstanding and quick. The food service team on the beach took great care of us. The bus is located outside of the hotel. There is also a building within a five minute walk to exchange money. The Hotel wasn’t always able to help us exchange US for pesos. Hats off to Enrique. He made our stay memorable.

The beach was beautiful. The property was under major construction that was not advertised or advised on booking. The main center of the property was completely torn out and noisy. There was construction on both sides or our room and was very noisy for most of the daylight hours. The air conditioning did not work at all, and the room was very hot at all times. We were not given an option to change rooms or given a credit back.

Great reception and dining staff! Biggest issues we had was the AC would stop working and we had to sleep in 80 degree humidity. Also we got the room with the tub and the water that came out smelled horribly. We called to complain about the AC but no one answered the phone.
