"Las últimas dos ocasiones que viajé a Bucaramanga me quedo en el Hotel Sonesta, está súper recomendado la ubicación excelente, el desayuno delicioso, el cuarto limpio y cómodo, la atención al cliente muy buena. Recomiendo 10/10 sin duda cada vez que viaje a BGA me quedaré en este hotel."

"The hotel is well located, near plenty of street vendors and a sort of mall. The staff were very helpful & friendly. And the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. But the room was small. The worst part was that they were remodeling the rooms next door during the day, which made a horrible racket. It was almost impossible for me to work (from the room). They do have a common work area, though, so not all was lost."
