This is a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and restaurant. The beds were hard, but some people prefer them hard. The location is very convenient and the pricing is excellent. Loved the restaurant. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but hey, it's included. No complaints.

Place is OK. But quite a few issues too. First off, very poor wifi. Virtually non functioning. Secondly, no hot water the last day. Third, first hotel ever in colombia thar bans food delivery and recommends their own restaurant instead. Whcoh,btw, wasnt good.

Great hotel at an affordable price. We stayed for 4 nights and have to say I am quite impressed with the quality of the service, always delivered with a smile. Room as clean and relatively spacious, the food at the restaurant by the pool is of the highest quality offering local dishes and outstanding service. I also tried the SPA, and they were able to accommodate a massage on short notice. Certainly when traveling to Bucaramanga in the future I will stay here again.
