The service was incredible. The staff’s attention and care were outstanding — they were very attentive to my parents, who both have mobility challenges. They were always checking in on us, with great willingness to help. Something truly admirable is that all the hotel staff were always smiling, even with the hotel full and lots of work to do. The hotel also has a great pool and a wonderful view of the city, both from the pool area and the restaurant. Highly recommended!

QR code for the minibar didn’t work correctly and the coffee machine was broken. Environment is comfortable for couples and families, rooftop bar is elegant and spacious. Breakfast/lunch floor was also pretty nice. Would come back here multiple times.
