Nice quiet hotel in a good residential area close to the comercial zone, everything you need is at hand (except places to buy leather shoes). We stayed 9 days but they only put you ONE complimentary coffee for the whole stay! Compared to the Dann Carlton where it was replenished every day. Breakfast was good but felt too simple in comparison with the other (same price category). Also, the cleaning staff is an external contract, so after certain hour they are no longer available if you didn´t leave on time. The gym room was small and not well equiped for those who like doing exercises, but in Bucaramanga you will walk a lot. But the staff was nice and we had a pleasant stay, although the other (same category) hotel had for us complimentary sauna, turkish bath, pool and a big gym.
