Room was good with a comfortable bed and functional heat/ac. Everything was clean and tidy. Only thing to note is that the hot water takes a very long time to come on, to the extent that the property leaves a note in each room to run the water for ten minutes to allow the water to heat up. That is a tough ask (it was longer for us, likely due to it being a low season for guests, and the water didn't even get hot by the time I shut it off.) and it is a lot of water to waste anytime someone wants to shower. "
