Excellent hotel and service! Loved the spacious lounge areas, outdoor fire pits, pools, etc. Only downside was the shower design, low pressure, no shower door made for a colder than preferred shower and wet floors.

Just overall a great place. Shuttle runs you to downtown and you can call anytime to get picked up. Pools heated, sauna was great, clean, super comfortable bed. Will definitely return!

Very nice hotel right on the beach. Two heated pools. Restaurant and bar. Rooms are fairly large with a view of the water. High end soap etc-my favorite so it was appreciated. The shuttle took us to and from dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel for our 2 night visit. Great staff. Large spacious rooms with multiple amenities. The location is walkable to many downtown Traverse City restaurants and stops however they offer a shuttle that runs daily if you prefer not to walk or drive. Lake views. On site restaurants. Plenty of parking. Clean, safe, accommodating Side note- Eat at Red Ginger-amazing sushi. .
