"The Home:Gorgeous, clean, and spacious for our group of 3 adults, 1 toddler, and a large dog. The road leading to the home stops about two stories below the home (the dunes beneath the home washed out part of the road making it impassible by car). But you can walk up the stairs or walk the road without issue. My elderly mom (75) made it fine but was winded each time. The views from the home were amazing and it has tons of natural light. It was a perfect place to unwind at night after full days of exploring Frankfort and the beaches.The Experience:Gorgeous sunsets, a little bug spray and the wrap-around porch was awesome for evening meals or just relaxing in the adirondack chairs. Within 10min from downtown Frankfort and 5min from the lighthouse which made it perfect for getting an overtired toddler to and from adventures. Suggestions (not complaints these are just to help anyone thinking about booking):1. The walk to the beach by the house was a little strenuous (on the way back) the only way down was on the neighbor's stairs which were less stable than I would have liked for a toddler and there are too many stairs to take any wheeled devices (cooler, wagon, bike, etc.). 2. Blackout curtains to darken bedrooms for overtired toddlers/kids would have helped for bedtimes.3. Not wheelchair accessible for those that might need that sort of thing."
