"I arrived on a late flight and needed the shuttle at midnight. I was told to call the hotel to ask for the shuttle to come after I had my baggage. Once I had bags and tried to the call the hotel, they were not responding to my phone calls which left me stranded at the ABQ airport in the wee hours. I finally gave up and just paid for my own transportation -- and not arriving to the hotel until after 2am. Just not the service promised. Highly disappointing as I chose this hotel largely for the shuttle service..."
