Great stay in this hotel with Native American Decor. We stayed here because of the proximity to the Balloon Fiesta (4 miles). We loved that it was Native American owned, design and vibe. Staff were extremely kind and friendly. The room itself was fairly standard and could use a bit of an update, but I loved the hand-painted walls with indigenous themes. Overall, it was a very comfortable and unique stay. There didn't seem to be any restaurants or amenities directly within walking distance, but we didn't have time to explore the immediate area. I would stay here again with a car.

A bit more "has-been" than I remembered

I had stayed here in 2015 and loved it. Decided to book again during Ballon Fiesta this year. Staff was friendly, but everything about the room seemed like it had seen its better days, from the carpet to the armchair. Bed was too soft, AC unit was sleep-disturbingly loud, and voices carried from the balcony of the room next door. We appreciated the central location and ease of access to Ballon Park and other places in town. However, for the price we paid (even too high for Fiesta weekend), I was hoping for better.

Neat hotel, a-lot of heritage with beautiful native murals in room. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Quaint bar and Mexican restaurant inside. Rooms were clean however carpeting was very old and musty. Complimentary coffee, beer or soda daily. Enjoyed the lodge!

This establishment is dirty and and staff is terrible. Clogged shower when i arrived and asked for another room that room was also clogged. When i let front end know the second time she threatened to cancel my room because she said "my aura was very negative" my aura?? Allysa front end was terrible. Miranda manager was very nice. While waiting in loobby another couple came to the front desk to cancel there 3 days there after 1 night they also stated it was the worse hotel experience in there lofe and they were in there late 60s and travled alot very healthy people. I would nevee return here!
