All good. Convenient, clean, only complaint was it was hard to plug a device in, next to the bed, because access to the outlet was partially blocked. Otherwise, everything was good.

Clean enough. Mattres has been there since the year of the flood. They need new ones. The handles on the luggage carts have NEVER been cleaned. Felt like I needed to wash my hands after using it. Shuttle was very prompt and desk help was efficient.

someone left a dirty washcloth in the shower but the room was good otherwise. Staff have been nice. The bed we slept in needs a new mattress...it sinks in the middle. One of the elevators was out of order. Haven't tried the food yet but will be for breakfast before checking out.

The staff were excellent and professional our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I rated one (1) star because the people who stayed across from us were talking until 11:00 p.m. They rented multiple rooms and it seemed they all decided to meet up in one room and we're very loud. We couldn't sleep comfortably. Not sure if we'll stay here again.
