Unfortunately on our last visit we has terribly noisy neighbors but that is absolutely not the fault of the Hotel. I love staying there and we love the excellent breakfast. It is always safe and we feel welcomed.

The entire 3rd floor smelled like you were walking into an animal barn. We notified the front desk and they stated they knew and they were trying to find something to cover the smell up there but it smelled horrid. On top of the smell you had kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors till about 11:30-midnight. I have stayed at this hotel several times and never had it as bad!

The staff were all very friendly from the front desk to the food service and housekeeping. Very clean rooms. The one minor thing was there were no working USB ports in the room 112, the lamp had two built in ports, but they were inoperable. I would give you all kudos!!
