Internet was extra. I was not given the room that I reserved. Hot water decreased during my shower. Didn't allow early check in and when check in started there was a long line and crowd.

I was disappointed that my numerous requests a tub and a mini fridge were completely ignored. Cleaning people start knocking on doors at 9 am when check out is at 11 which makes guests feel rushed.
