"Everything about this property was exceptional. I don't have any complaints, and I have to be honest from the moment I walked in.,Actually, let me stop from the first phone call that I placed to the hotel to let them know that I was arriving a little bit early they were so commodating,when I got there. I was greeted with a smile.
The customer service was impeccable.Everyone that I interacted with throughout my stay was very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere was so comforting.The complimentary breakfast was amazing. I didn't get the opportunity to check out the restaurant . But from what I saw it looks very chic,dark and cozy nice enough for a date night or just to have a drink at the bar.I'm sure when I go back next time I will definitely visit the restaurant there. Everything went smoothly from My check-in to my checkout.I will definitely be visiting again and you should too.
And how could I forget, I had one of the best rooms with an amazing view and fireplace.The bed was very comfortable.Everything in that room was spotless simply amazing.Thank you for making my stay at La Tourelle Inn and Spa a wonderful experience. And last but definitely not least,Jessica VanEtten you're front office manager she is definitely an asset to your company. She is one of the best part of my trip.What a pleasure if you hire more people like her your company is going places.🥰She made everything perfect.There is no words to explain how pleasant she was to both me and my husband .
