There are big four potholes on both the entrance and exit which may cause flat tires. No lights at the entrance which can easily miss at night

Staff is always great... room was clean & had everything I needed. Only issue... when booking through Expedia, you have no option to upgrade once you arrive at the hotel (even if you offer to pay) They can only offer upgrades if you booked direct or through Choice Hotels :(

This property is in bankruptcy and is being run by a strike team, therefore minimal property improvements are being done. It is still kept very clean, however there were torn curtains, missing dresser handles, and the parking lot is a mess with a lot of potholes. The dog fee, at 50 dollars per dog, per night, is quite high. The breakfast was good. The beds and room were very clean. I regretted spending as much as I did on this stay.

We were informed we would have no water tomorrow morning. It has ruined our plans for the morning hike. It was a waste of time and money to come visit this area and visit the state park as we will not be able to shower after our morning visit to the park before checkout.

The room was clean but all the furniture and rug were a bit tired and worn. The kitchen was very useful since we were there a week. When we arrived the pots were burned black but they immediately replaced them with new ones. One of the stove tops didn’t work and in less than 5 minutes, someone came to repair it. Overall, it’s the super friendly staff that made our stay quite enjoyable.

For THREE hundred dollars at a chain that should be consistent, this hotel was awful. We were only there for 8 hours and had we opted for a cheap hotel, I wouldn’t complain but did I mention $300? Staff were standing right out the door smoking weed. One staff member slept in his car. He was there when we got in late at night and left in the morning. The furniture in the room was old and gross. Carpet too. And shaded.

Clean room, lobby and exterior. The staff was very knowledgeable & professional. Great location. The only reason for the good rating and not higher, is because of the pool and hot tub being closed through the foreseeable future. This is something that needs to be seen as part of the amenities when booking. Had I known they were closed, I’d probably have found a different place to stay.
