The hotel was nice with very pleasant and accommodating staff. The room was clean and well appointed. While there really wasn’t anything to be offered in the immediate area, it was right near the interstate on-ramp making access to destinations relatively simple. Would recommend and stay again.

I gave a 3 stars mostly because of lack of service at the reception and the disregard of my request. I arrived late around 10pm and I had previously requested in advance a room away from elevators and noise. Well, when I arrived the room was close to the elevator and next to a vending and ice machine. Especially he noise of the ice machine was unbearable. Requested to move to a quieter room and accomodate on a different floor but still next to 2 washing machine, luckily the hour of operation were limited to 9:30pm. Disappointed that the bed sheets, although clean were completely wrinkled , it almost looked like someone had already slept there. We stayed 2 nights and we thought that they would at least service the room but they didn’t. For more than $200 at night I was expecting a bit more. Don’t think we will use this hotel in the future.

VERY clean. The only problem I had was the bed is very high- thick mattresses I guess. I'm a short person and had to jump up to get in. We visit family in Binghamton a few times a year and this is absolutely the best hotel we've found.

Nice clean property. Room was nice. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the stay. Only negative was the text messages the morning of check out. For the first one before 830 AM asking me to check out or state what time I would check out. Got another one an hour later. I don’t need a reminder waking me up that I need to check out.
