The staff was terrific. They really extended themselves for us. The main problem was that the rooms were terribly dark and some of the much needed lightbulbs did not work and they had to order replacements (specialty bulbs). You could not really read in the room. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. If you like a nice, bright hotel room, this is probably not the place for you.
