Positive: The staff was nice. Negatives: This hotel was straight out of the 60s. Unfortunately nothing has been updated or repaired since it was built. Desperately in need of renovation.

The place is in a good location, but the room was not vacuumed and there were crumbs and other dirt on the carpet. Overall, it was older which I didn't mind, but I did mind the cleanliness. The shower mat was also dirty (or stained), and overall I didn't like that it wasn't very clean. Everything was "barely" or minimally cleaned.

They have a very small continental breakfast for free as well as coffee. It's not very good but there is a restaurant at the hotel where you can buy breakfast.

For a really worn down building and worn down bedspreads and carpets and bathroom grout, enamel, and everything, it was a fine place to stay. Safe and easy to use. The rooms were thick with cleaning fragrances it was almost hard to breathe at first. Checked for and didn’t see bedbugs. But stained bedspread and broken curtains and screens type of worn down. We couldn’t find any breakfast but there was another building maybe we couldn’t find it.

The room was average, and met our needs. The hotel was sold out and offered the best value. The breakfast was incredibly basic, but would be OK for those strapped for cash. We went out for breakfast instead since we wanted a more full-balanced meal. Otherwise, all good to this repeat customer. It is a good value for Ithaca.

Friendly Meadow Court

The check in was seamless and the desk clerk was very friendly. Parking was great with a coffee and a pastry in the morning. Great economical motor inn.

Oh boy, if you have a tent I'd say stay in it instead. We legit went out to buy sheets because the sheets were so yellow and stained. Shower looked like something out of chainsaw massacre. Every no smoking room is....you guessed it! Smells like you're in your grandparents house that smoked three packs a day. Remote was covered in literal human boogers. The restaurant and bar was absolute madness, filled with children that were even on the bartenders hip. Scary back to front as there was no secondary door lock. Oh. And there are the LARGEST spiders I have seen outside of AUSTRALIA on the staircases. You couldn't PAY me to stay here again.

Good luck with that wifi

I stayed two nights and in the morning after the first night I notified the staff that the wifi was slow and spotty. They did nothing to correct it, and the following day, the wifi was completely down. I told the staff again as I was checking out, and they offered a meek apology but no discount on my stay. Is that normal? You offer an amenity but if it's not available, whoopsie oh well? I get that this is a cheap motel, but come through with what you say you offer, and if you can't deliver, do something.

The room, while somewhat dated, was clean, with a comfortable bed as well as good heating/AC. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, everything was fresh and more than sufficient. We'll definity stay again.
