I stayed two nights and in the morning after the first night I notified the staff that the wifi was slow and spotty. They did nothing to correct it, and the following day, the wifi was completely down. I told the staff again as I was checking out, and they offered a meek apology but no discount on my stay.
Is that normal? You offer an amenity but if it's not available, whoopsie oh well? I get that this is a cheap motel, but come through with what you say you offer, and if you can't deliver, do something.
