"Staff was excellent, property was clean. We arrived kind of late after flying in from VA. The shuttle picked us up in no time and got us there. We had 5 rooms booked for our group of 15 and it took a bit of rearranging as their elevators were down and we had 4 elders traveling with us that couldn’t do stairs. They managed to get it worked out so those two rooms were on the first floor, but the rest of us had to haul giant suitcases (cruising for a week) up to the 3rd floor. An offer to help with luggage or even a little discount would’ve been great but it was after 9 at night so there may have not been too much staff on hand. The lady at the desk was phenomenal though and had a great personality."

"Worst hotel experience I’ve had. The problems started before I even checked in. There was no self-parking available, only valet, which cost an outrageous $62 per day. I originally booked through Expedia without any issues, but when I needed to extend my stay, I booked the additional nights directly through the hotel. Because of events happening in town, the rate skyrocketed, and the cost of my room nearly quadrupled by the middle of the week. I understand rates can fluctuate, but it was extremely frustrating to pay around $400 a night for this level of service. To make matters worse, our room keys constantly stopped working. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to have them reprogrammed, which became a daily inconvenience. On top of that, the hotel advertised a “free breakfast,” but when we went to the restaurant, we found out it wasn’t included at all and started at $22 per person. Between the overpriced valet parking, inflated room rates, repeated key card issues, and misleading breakfast information, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and value for the price and would not choose to stay here again"

"Downtown Seattle hotels are expensive—there's no getting around that. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and good-sized rooms, this property is an excellent value. During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices."

"The airport shuttle was a joke. We waited over an hour for pickup at the airport & within that time called the hotel 3x for status. Each time I was told “it will be there within 20 minutes”. We finally took a taxi to the hotel (a 5 minute drive from the airport) & there was the shuttle, in front of reception."
