The heater in our room (205) was so noisy I had to turn it off for the night, and hope we didn't freeze. We didn't, so it was just fine. But for colder weather, this won't work. Other than that, the room was delightful, and the pillows and sheets oh so comfortable.

Everything was as expected for a Quality Inn stay. Quick and easy check in and check out, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Wish the off-season pool could have been cover as it was an eye sore. Great location and easy walk to the harbor and all the cute shops. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed here for a swim meet at the Bainbridge Aquatic Center. I was glad it was only for one night. First, there was an unpleasant odor in the room when we arrived, which only dissipated after several hours of running the room ventilation. It was disappointing that the cleaning staff hadn’t addressed this before our arrival. Additionally, the hotel also does not have a kitchen in the breakfast area, so there was no hot food like eggs or bacon that contain proteins — only a continental breakfast with waffles, coffee, milk, cereal, and packaged breads. Also, I’m not sure if all rooms have the same features, but our room did not have a bathroom fan, so we couldn’t use it as needed. After our son used the bathroom (number 2), we had to go to the lobby restroom due to the lack of ventilation. Overall, the stay was below our expectations.

When checking in the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the pillows were small and not that comfy and the stairs were a bit steep for bringing baggage up.
