This place is a wonderful getaway for families and adults that enjoy the beach, pool, restaurants, casino, and cocktails. I recommend the restaurant on the 6 floor and the bar/lounge the Vue that’s in the 23rd floor. I also recommend to walk the boardwalk and partake in activities there.

The hotel had no heat or at least it didn’t feel like it. The rooms are very small with no real light inside. The room has an energy saving thermostat that turns down to 64’ when there is no movement in the room which is bad when it’s already freezing in the hotel. Stay away from the Italian restaurant it was also freezing with Terri’s le food from my kids chicken tenders over cooked to very hard chicken breast to eat. The pasta sauce felt like they just opened a can of tomatoes and dumped it in top. The pool was nice and warm the arcade is fine.

They said rooms were updated. Everything was very old and musty smelling. Nothing in the hotel worked properly. Hotel needs a complete makeover. Definitely would not recommend or stay there again

Check in Very Slow, stood on line a half hour. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The safe in the room needed batteries. Maintenance first came with no batteries, then returned, changed the batteries and left the old batteries on the floor near the safe. Then locked the safe with a code without telling us the code all while we were sitting in the room.

Long lines of check in. Front desk staff were overwhelmed. When I checked in my room was not ready. Front desk had to accommodate me with another room. No heat in my room. No hot water to shower. This experience was overall no good.
