Long wait times but good location

Location to the center of everything is the main perk of this hotel. Check in took over an hour but that was no fault of the front desk staff who were all very kind, they were just under-staffed. The elevators also took excessively long due to the amount of people accessing them. Otherwise, the room itself was the quality to be expected.

CHECKING IN WAS HORRENDOUS The people are nice but the process they use is so time consuming. I was online for about an hour 8/29/2025. Calling for assistance from the room towels that weren't left after cleaning took 2 visits Attempted to get takeout or a meal at the Sixty whatever restaurant on 6th floor they’re nice but overworked. Unacceptable. By the theater the bathroom doors have no locks so we don’t feel safe

We love the location of the Claridge and the rooftop bar with such a great happy hour! Happy hour is from 4pm-7pm with many options. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

It’s close to the boardwalk and there’s no gambling and I loved our room because it had a jacuzzi in it.

Honestly , i love the Claridge such a cool historic hotel and it feels like you were rich in an old movie when you walk through there. Has a dispensary in the hotel with a indoor Marijuana consumption lounge on the first floor its very cool! Has an arcade for little kids on the 2nd floor. Has an indoor pool thats warm. HOWEVER!! the service is horrible the rooms are not cleaned . Expect pillow cases with semen stains , hair on your towels . And rooms that are never vacuumed . When you check in you will be sent away AT 4 PM !! Check in time! “No Rooms Ready for you sorry :) bye” thats what you will be told. This could be fixed, but it wont be. If you dont mind a dirty uncleaned room, and waiting until 5 for check in its the place for you. *the elevators will take 90% of your stay just waiting for them. Just be strong and take the stairs i did 21 flights up and down.

The hotel was clean but very old. The lobby smelled like weed due to the onsite dispensary which was extremely disappointing. The elevators were not all in working order and extremely slow. Had to wait for multiple to stops to be able to get an available elevator which was not packed with people.

I made it to the hotel around 6pm. Check in was horrible , was there for like 45 minutes just to get in that’s not the only issue , when I finally made it to the front desk the guy that was taking care of me was telling me the room was not done yet, they still haven’t put no towels in the bathroom, so then he changed the story and said they where put in the bathroom. I went to my room and still the towels were not in the bathroom. I called front desk and they were very rude to me. 30 minutes later the housekeeping arrived with the towels. Overall between that and the waiting for check in was horrible . Also security deposit $118.
