"The front desk staff were not very friendly. The room itself was very spacious, exactly what we needed for our family. Living room sofa was very uncomfortable and outdated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Biggest complaints we had was the restroom fan would make a knock sound even when it was off, which made it hard to sleep the first night. 2nd night I was too tired to notice. Also the people upstairs must have been breaking in some heels or something because it was hours of nonstop walking back and forth and it was loud! There was also an over whelming smell of bleach the first day. By the 2nd it wasn’t as bad. As often as we travel, this was the first time we booked a hotel with separate rooms for our family trips. I loved this about this hotel. Will still like to give it another try in the future. "

"Upon arriving, noticed parking was $25/night for across the street or $38/ night valet so we chose valet. They were nice the whole weekend. The room service is extremely expensive! The room we were placed in was by the ice machine with a view of the roof and construction. It was so small that you could barely bring the luggage cart in and the bathroom door wouldn’t close with someone on the toilet. Popcorn ceilings and a squeaky office chair. Housekeeping was good about making our bed and fresh towels. The room was very dusty and when we woke every morning, our throats were scratchy. The pool was a mess with large pool furniture and leaves in the pool. I will not return to this hotel. "
