Spent 2 nights here in September. The room was overall clean and there were no airborne odors, but there were spots on the top comforter that smelled like body odor. That makes me think they’re either not washed after every use, or someone does wash them but then holds them with their armpit. But there was also a spot on the armchair that smelled like BO too, where someone might’ve been resting their arm… I also slipped and fell in the lobby on wet floor because there was no wet floor sign. I got a big bruise and had a hurt knee the rest of my stay so that was a bummer. My guess is someone had just swam in the pool and dripped out into the lobby. There was no formal process to file an incident report so I was handed the manager's card. I misplaced it for a while and now it's been long enough that it doesn't really matter. The hot tub was out of order, but the pool water and the pool room were nice and warm.

Room was fine the toilet didnt flush but when I called the office to tell them she was pretty quick with getting me another room. Overall it was a good stay for my son's football tournament for the weekend. I would stay there again.

This hotel is a great value. The staff is always very helpful and polite. The rooms are always clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Only downside is that the pool and hot tub could use some cleaning. I would stay here again.

Clean, and comfortable rooms. My daughter and I stay here whenever we're going to Dfw. Have been here at least 6 times and every time has been pleasant and worry free. A great price for a simple place to stay over night with nice staff

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out the pool was not working. We went to breakfast the 1st morning of our 3 night stay & it was not very good. We didn’t go back to breakfast again. The room was clean. I hope they get the pool fixed and make improvements on their breakfast because we do want to stay there again when we visit the Dallas area.

This hotel was less than par. The smell whether it was a spray, they used or whatever was nauseating. The pillows on the bed were so small and soft you couldn't tell you were laying on one or the bed.If the hotel is advertised as having a pool and hot tub then when it is closed for maintenance then they need to change their advertisement. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known! The shower was blah at best!

The front desk guy at night was very sweet. The ladies in the morning, not so much. They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either. The breakfast is what you would expect for the price you paid. Make your own waffles, fake eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice. The rooms are in desperate need of repair. I know they are in the middle of construction, but our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, ceiling was starting to crack and droop, there was an old ac vent in the bathroom that was falling off and was extremely dirty inside. The pool area was nice. The hot tub floor is an unfortunate color that makes it look dirty, but it was clean water. No elevator, but there is only 2 floors, there are enough doors that it would get you close enough to your room so that you don't have to walk far.
