The place didn’t feel safe, and the sheets were dirty and stained. We asked for new ones but they just brought more dirty sheets. Towels were the same and the bathroom wasn’t clean either. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We were not able to check-in due to an accident we had on the way. Mu daughter os currently in the hospital. I called around 9am to let them know and asked of they can please wave the fee or reschedule for another weekend because we will be back later in September but he refused to help. Floors dirty, bad paint jobs, bugs in room, rust in bathroom, showers not cleaned well, unsafe area, clubs and party across the street, stray cats all around property (mainly hangout in pool area),black mold, only one elevator working, AC unit not working well, bed comforter had what looked like cigarette holes through. Overall gross hotel, it was obviously in the middle of renovations. Pictures made it look nice on the outside, but definitely not what was advertised it was very misleading.. after night 1 we asked if we could check out due to not feeling safe and the cleanliness of property - manager said “you will have to reach out to customer service”…not very helpful at all.

Witnessed a cleaning staff member spill spoons on the floor and then proceed to pick them up and put them back into the container for people to use. Makes me wonder what else is done that way. There was only one elevator working which made check out inconvenient and crowded.
