The area was conveniently located with plenty of well-lit parking. The staff at check in and checkout were friendly and made the process easy. Free coffee in the lobby area in the morning was nice. The room was clean but it could use a few improvements/touch-ups. There was an exposed pipe in the ceiling of the shower, missing tile around the shower faucet, chipped paint on the painted column in the room, either mold or lots of dust under the air vent into the room and some rust showing on some screws in the bathroom ceiling. Nothing major but when paying for a hotel stay details matter.

Mattresses were old and compressed. I had to sleep in the middle to get any firmness. No microwave in the room, and fridge was just an old minibar one that didn't cool well at all. Almost had to waste my food. Went to get ice and there are no longer working ice machines on the floors. No alarm clock. Breakfast is not included (has to be requested separately). Exercise bike had broken seat in the fitness center. Overall, felt safe, but won't stay here again. For less money, could get a lot more elsewhere.

This hotel was nice, close to many great restaurants and entertainment. They have a Topgolf Swing Suite on sight and a Bar and Restaurant also. The free cookies were awesome and the staff was great. Free parking was also greatly appreciated, a rarity these days. 0 complaints! Would absolutely stay again
