I liked the breakfasts, the lounge area, the burgers are good value, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I noticed some odd smell coming from the sink when running the water but I did not notice the smell when running the shower. I was not sure what to make of this. It will not be a factor in returning to the area and using this location.

Well I booked through third party and was supposed to be charged $137 after Taxes the charge to my card was almost $200 which no big deal I guess just wish it was more transparent. Breakfast gets charged to your room, and is AMAZING staff is super friendly and the hotel is amazing we will be coming back!

Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as good as we’ve experienced before at this location. The way I was treated was like I was bothering the person by staying there. Before I was greeted the man ordered another staff member to bring him a chair from across the room which because his back was sore but I could tell by their reaction that it caught them off guard because they had to stop what they were doing to accommodate him for something he clearly could have done himself. When he was checking me in I explained that we stayed before without having to pay for parking and asked if he could wave the fee this time due to The rollaway bed they provided was poorly repaired which caused it to collapse and fold me up in it. When I called and told the manager he cut me off mid sentence and said housekeeping would bring another one which they did but I was more concerned that a child or elderly person would be hurt if they didn’t fix the wheel so I brought it down to the lobby to show him. His response was that he believed me but it wasn’t his responsibility it was housekeeping and any normal person would not have brought it down, then he wheeled it behind some closed doors nearby. We were charged for parking which I understand is a new policy but had I known that we would have stayed at another location and spent that $24 on a better room.

Good but parking is not ideal

Parking is no good. The spaces are waaaay too tight. My car was hit and damaged by another car next to me because the spaces are ridiculously tight.
