I would give this place a 1st as If it wasn’t for the young front desk gentleman And**(front desk) turning it around! We first talked with Sheraton via phone and spoke with a lady (A????) that was extremely rude and nonchalant almost. Also everytime we called (only 3 times) she put us on hold over the course of a hour after telling her why we called. I was ready to cancel my trip then but my friend was visiting with me and so we decided to just keep traveling to the hotel. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Andre’s welcoming smile. He checked us in and made us feel special by taking his time. At breakfast the next day , I met a lady named Gric***a that was very sweet and attentive. Thankful for Andre turning our first impression of Sheraton around and Gric***a was the cherry on top.

The staff was courteous and professional. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The room was clean. Hot water was HOT! The bed was excellent. My main concern is with parking. You would think staying at a Sheraton hotel you’d be provided a place to park your car. Not at this location. You either park in the street or download an app and go through a variety of matriculations to pay $16 a night. I parked in the street. Overall, our needs were met nicely.

On the 15th floor where we stayed, the walls were paper thin and we could hear EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. It was very disturbing to hear exactly what was happening. The doors had so much space underneath them that you can see if the conjoined room had their lights on, same with the entrance door, you can hear everything happening in the hallway and the light coming through. The bathroom shower door was very difficult to go in and out of. The room seemed very poorly constructed. We expected more privacy from a Sheraton hotel. Staff was very nice.
