I rate this place as 2 out of 5 stars. The condo is stunning but during my 2 day stay, the first day there was no hot water and then on the second day there was no water at all! I came back grimy after visiting a cenote and could not take a shower to get to the next leg of my journey. I was lucky there was enough water in the toilet tank for a couple of flushes! The property manager was not able to give me an extended check out so that I could shower when the water came back on so we left dirty and disappointed. I also heard that the water problem happens often with this property so I hope they can get the issue permanently fixed.

Private. Beautifully landscaped. Not crowded. Comfortable, modern and spacious. Vefy difficult to find if you don't speak Spanish. The property is called Kiin on line and something else in reality.

Réservé 8 mois avant, annulé 48h avant notre arrivée. Relogement annoncé à l'hôtel Coba dans le même complexe Bahia Principe (confirmé par mail par Expedia), aucune réservation à notre nom à notre arrivée. Personnel très désagréable, refuse de prendre contact avec Kiin condos, Expedia ou la centrale de réservation Bahia. Nous contactons Expedia qui annonce après une longue attente qu'une chambre est disponible le lendemain, mais que nous devrons passer la 1e nuit ailleurs. Nous refusons car mon mari doit installer un appareil respiratoire pour la nuit. Finalement relogés dans un autre hôtel, avec "upgrade vue sur l'océan", en réalité vue lointaine entre 2 murs, et surtout dans les anciens bâtiments du Sunscape Akumal, avec chambres très humides et forte mauvaise odeur. Nouvel appel à Expedia où une anglophone signale après une nouvelle longue attente que nous avons accepté cet hôtel, point barre. Nous expliquons qu'il fallait bien dormir quelque part après cette journée éprouvante et que dans le lobby de l'autre hôtel nous n'avions pas la possibilité d'examiner la proposition, rien n'y fait. Le Sunscape refuse de nous déplacer dans la partie récente de l'hôtel car Expedia n'a pas payé pour ça, nous essayons de dormir dans cette chambre, surtout mon mari pour qui c'est difficile avec son appareil. Le lendemain, après un énième coup de fil à Expedia, on nous propose une autre chambre ... dans un autre bâtiment ancien ! Négo directe avec Sunscape, chambre correcte le 3e jour ..

Los apartamentos son de diseño, las fotos del establecimiento son reales, es un paraíso, aunque el nombre no es correcto, se llaman ANAH, y por eso tuvimos problemas para contactar con ellos antes de nuestra entrada para pedir que nos vinieran a buscar al aeropuerto. Estuvimos 12 días alojados mi marido mi hija y yo y nos encantó, pero eso si, necesitas alquilar un coche para moverte por Quintana Roo nosotros lo alquilamos en el hotel Bahía Príncipe puedes llegar con carrito de golf para moverte entre los apartamentos y el hotel no hay problema ya que eres inquilino y te dan una pulsera para no tener problemas en los accesos al resort. Aconsejable al 100%

Los apartamentos Anah Suites en general están bien, las instalaciones exteriores son muy bonitas y sobre todo muy tranquilas, el apartamento está bien pero con algunas deficiencias, el wifi no funcionaba, nos tuvieron que dar la contraseña de otra habitación, la televisión por cable no se podia ver bien porque salia un mensaje de que no se podia ver porque no habian pagado el servicio, la comunicación desde un principio fue un desastre. En general la estancia fue agradable pero tienen que mejorar muchas cosas.

Semana incrível no Kiin

O condo é maravilhoso!! A cozinha é super equipada e encontramos tudo limpíssimo. Há ar condicionado super eficiente nos dois pavimentos. Super espaçosa, sensação de casa, longe de casa...Há transporte dos residenciais para a área das piscinas e da praia particular do Bahia Principe. Um espetáculo!! Mantivemos contato com Jesus (o administrador) por WhatsApp e sempre fomos muito bem atendidos. A única coisa que nos incomodou foram as formiguinhas que brotavam do nada e rapidamente atacavam qq coisa ao alcance. Voltarei, sem sombra de dúvidas, apesar das formiguinhas.

Habitación con Acceso al Club de Playa

Tuvimos algunos temas de comunicación al inicio, pues no sabíamos con quién dirigirnos, pero una vez que superamos eso, tuvimos una experiencia muy grata. Hay que tomar en cuenta que la habitación solo cuenta con baño y la cocina y freezer es bajo solicitud. Tuvimos la opción de comprar el day pass todo incluido en Bahía Príncipe, lo cual es altamente recomendable.

La habitación fue muy cómoda, y el servicio del personal excelente, te contactan para poder saber tu hora de llegada, esperarte y así darte tu llave. El buffet está delicioso y las albercas muy limpias. En todo momento había personal quitando el alga y basura del mar, también tienen nidos de tortugas señalizados para evitar su destrucción, por lo que se tiene una bonita playa. Sin embargo al llegar el cuarto olía un poco a humedad y encontramos una araña en el WC. Se reservó el cuarto para tres personas, pero solo dieron dos toallas y al estar hospedados en los departamentos lejos del complejo hotelero, se nos negó la toalla faltante. No tienen camastros suficientes alrededor de las albercas para cubrir su demanda de clientes.
