"We booked into a room with two queen beds for 3 people. It had been a number of years since we last stayed there and while the pools and some sections of the hotel had clearly been beautifully updated, our west wing had not. Most staff were great except for one housekeeper. The mineral hot pools were beautifully laid out. There were issues with our room: We had to fight to get extra towels, pool towels and coffee for 3 ppl with the housekeeper. She even felt the need to come in and count towels b4 giving us towels for the 3rd person. When I asked for 3rd coffee cup, she said she would get us a paper cup— not a ceramic one like the 2 already in the room until I said I would call the front desk There was mold on shower tiles that could easily be cleaned off. Screens on both windows were bent out of shape and let bugs in. When we came back from an outing on the 2nd day at 4:30 pm, none of the used towels left in bathtub were replaced with clean one and no coffee pods were left for the next day. The garbage cans had not been emptied. I had to ask the housekeeping staff working next door for towels and coffee. After returning from dinner I called down to the front desk for an extra blanket around 9:00 pm. An hour and a half later a light duvet was delivered after phoning down a second time. I was told my choices were either a throw or a light duvet like the one already on the bed. Still not clear why a normal queen size blanket was not available."

"The room in the main building was nicer compared to the motel section (less musty smelling). I had to go back to the hotel to check for lost earrings. I attempted to call the lost and found line but there was no answer and they said they closed at 4pm (I went back earlier than that and found that the lost and found staff had gone home.) Updating hours for that would be helpful. The front desk staff were helpful and had gone up to the room to check but said they couldn't find anything. I asked if I could take a look and they accompanied me. I ended up finding both earrings on the floor of the bathroom so that was a win. Breakfast is minimal but everything was good enough for the price."
