We arrived around 9pm after 2 days of travel. Exhausted. The staff couldn’t find keys? So we were taken to our room and then couldn’t leave the room since we couldn’t get back in. The toilet was leaking so we had to disconnect the water and didn’t have a toilet all night. We were absolutely exhausted so didn’t want to deal with changing rooms or having someone come fix it. We decided to just go to sleep. Then The air conditioner rattled all night, even just on fan mode. Not happy. Not satisfied. We have stayed here many times and have never had these issues so we were very disappointed when we let the staff know in the morning and she said “oh well you’ve already paid”.

Worst thing about so many hotels is they cheap out on windows. This room was so loud with traffic noise overnight that we had to buy earplugs. With the window closed!!! And earplugs hurt my ears. For $253.00 a night…. No matter where I am…. I expect a quiet sleep. Spend the money on noise proof windows…. Everyone will thank you!

This hotel is an average hotel which meets all the requirements for a day. Check-in was slow and the clerk was not too clear on the instructions for the stay. The gift voucher supplied by Expedia is insufficient to get breakfast at this hotel. There was no VIP benefits for staying here.
