Within five minutes, my child found a small empty vial on the floor. The water was lukewarm and the shower head was broken. Every part of the room was falling apart; from the lock on the door to the unstable and dilapidated furniture. Due to safety concerns, especially with children, we checked out. The front desk staff did not care or apologize (we were polite and respectful when discussing this).I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have children.

The room was disgusting. There was no water in the room. There was stains on the mattress and stains on the carpet. The furniture was all scuffed up. It looked like Salvation Army furniture. Do not recommend to stay here.

The room and motel in general was not clean. When we entered our room, it had not been cleaned. The bed had been slept in and there were dirty towels on the chair. We went back to the check in and she gave us another room. The heater in this room did not work. We would definitely not stay there again and would not recommend it. In fact we probably won’t stay at another motel by Wyndham.

The room was in terrible shape. There were several dents in the walls, a big area that had plaster in it but hasn’t been sanded and painted. Bathroom door had a hole in it. There was no light in the living room area. The bar to hang up your clothes was broken and carpet was dirty. The only redeeming factor was that the bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor and there was no elevator so hard with heavy luggage since we’re seniors. Very disappointing!

The room was bigger than I expected. The curtains did not close so the light from outside came in and it was harder to sleep. I changed in the bathroom due to this. The balcony was a "Shared" balcony that I did not like. The side door was often open for anyone off the street to walk in.

Staff were welcoming and kind. That being said room was in very poor condition. There were stains on the sheets, walls, bath matt and lamp shades to name a few . The room was fine for what we needed but wouldnt recommend for those that require cleanliness.

I have no idea where this hotel gets its maids from, what maid doesnt pull out furniture to clean the floors , specifically after people whom use fentynal and leave there drug parinfiela behind , what if i had a child with me the child would of died or gotten hurt, the heater was broken ful of orange peels the toliet didnt flush , there was no soap or shampoo only one towel , the staff their need to do their jobs and go into the rooms and check on the maid whom cleeans their rooms for guests to see if they physically did clean from the last person , this is the second time ive stayed and i was really grossed out from this alone .
