"The room I stayed in was not cleaned prior to my stay. Floors were dirty, bed linen had hair from previous occupant. The shower still had opened used soap in place. I will not stay at this place again."

"Where do I begin? The first clue that something was amiss was the stop work order stuck on the front of the house. Our large and spacious room turned out to be a 10' x 8' room - not large or spacious. The ability to sleep 4 in the room was an old mattress thrown down on the floor. The home reeked of tobacco. For 2 people there was one small bath towel, no cups, bathroom was dirty and came with dirty clothes and towels. The bedding did not include a top sheet - only a bottom sheet and a comforter. 1970's carpets were filthy to say the least. The bedroom door had a lock on it but we were told there was no key. I thought about not leaving my suitcase there when we went out but I thought "who would steal my clothes and my toothbrush?" I no longer have an electric toothbrush. When we came back to the house in the evening someone was sleeping on the couch in the living room. This is not a vacation rental. It is a flophouse. "
